We worked with Matt Smith as our Realtor for the purchase of a home in a new state to us. He is very knowledgeable, upfront with the realities of the current market, down to earth, helped us secure our dream home for an amazing price. He also navigated us through everything else to the closing. Our deal wasn’t easy as there were complications on our selling side. He was patient, rode the storm with us and got us to the finish line, which kept our seller happy and able to close on their new home on time too. Definitely choose Matt Smith as your next Realtor. My realtor, Hunter Caves, didn't even wait for me to post that my house was for sale. He heard about it and came strolling across my front yard and asked if he could see the house, saying he had a possible buyer. I showed him the house and told him what I wanted for it and from there, everything was a go. He even offered to clean the place up and get rid of anything that I didn't want. I couldn't pass up that deal! He always kept in contact with me and responded to my emails and phone calls immediately. A couple of months later, my house was sold and I received the price that I wanted! I would recommend him and his team without a single thought!

What a difference the right realtor makes! Experience really does matter, and the Matt Smith Team has tons of it. We asked Matt and Stevee to market our property after it had failed to sell while listed with another agent. The team worked at a furious pace to refresh the home’s marketing and stimulate new interest. Matt reached out directly to agents who represented qualified potential buyers, rather than wait for agents to contact him. Throughout the process, he always acted in our best interests without pressuring us into taking an undesirable offer just to collect a commission. It is clear to me that the team did everything within its power to find the right buyer within the shortest amount of time. I do not remember a day passing when Matt or Stevee did not send us updates on what was happening behind the scenes. During the inspection phase, Matt’s experience held the deal together. He and Stevee coached us on finding compromise with the buyer so that our interests remained protected. His idea to purchase a home warranty well ahead of closing saved us money. It also gave the buyer peace of mind. I have heard Matt say that the most important part of a real estate transaction is to keep things moving forward. Hands down the BEST realtor and team we have ever worked with. We have purchased 2 homes with Matt and each experience has been a breeze. Stevee is wonderful and makes all the back and forth communication easy.
