Matt Smith does his homework, he knows his markets, and he knows how to negotiate the best offer for his clients! I have been closing transactions for Matt Smith and The Matt Smith Team for about 25 years now and every one of the transactions have been a positive experience! Matt goes way above and beyond to make sure transactions close on time and as smoothly as possible, including being actively involved in clearing title issues that may arise to make sure that happens. Also, and I think very important, Matt will always be upfront and honest with you! He will not lead you down the garden path just get your business. I have personally witnessed sellers using a different agent just to get the listing price they wanted and sure enough they sold at a price lower than what Matt had suggested and with a lot more aggravation and time on the market. You will never regret having Matt Smith or one of his team members as your realtor!

Matt was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. After having a horrible experience with our previous Realtor, we were very cautious. Matt proved to us right from the beginning he could navigate us through the house buying process. We had what we wanted in our minds, Matt lead us in the right direction. His response to our questions, texts and calls was almost immediate or within an hour or two. We never had to wait and wonder. I honestly would recommend Matt to anyone, family, friends or public. He still reaches out to us to see how things are going. Who goes the extra mile anymore? Matt does, you can count on him.
